[Max@Wrok] Sakai 2.1 Updates

Oct 2005: Started QA testing on 2_1

Current Test build: 2_1_004 on Windows XP.

I am impressed so far on the improvements and merging with OSP.

11/29/2005 Per recent sakai-dev 2-1-0_005 is the releasing Sakai 2.1 (expected 12/1/2005).
